Inland Eye and Cosmetic Surgery Institute is committed to providing the latest technology in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases. We are also at the forefront of invasive and non-invasive cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, and offer unparalleled pre-surgical, surgical, and post-surgical care. Our Hermiston location houses a same-day surgical center run by Dr. Warner, a qualified registered nurse, a surgical technologist. and an anesthesiologist. Our offices are staffed by qualified eye technologists, and a team of friendly receptionists.

Serving the communities of Eastern Oregon and Washington, Dr. Michael Warner is trained to treat diseases of the eye, and to perform opthalmic and facial plastic surgery. An Oregon native, Dr. Warner earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine and trained in ophthalmology at the world famous Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital. Dr. Warner completed a research and clinical fellowship at Harvard University within the fields of ocular oncology and plastic surgery.

Dr. Warner left an academic position at Harvard to open practice in Eastern Oregon in 1995, and has been practicing in Hermiston and Pendleton, Oregon and Kennewick, Washington ever since.
